Water Resources
Parts of the UK and Europe are facing considerable water shortage. Ironically, the plumbing infrastructure of most buildings requires the nation to treat and supply 100% of drinkable water for all purposes within the property. Approximately 40% of this water consumption need not be of drinking quality.
Not only do rainwater harvesting and recycled grey water concepts spare water resources, they also save on the energy required both for the central treatment of water and its transportation.
Our Greyflow ® system also ensures that, in the event of a fire, minimal water is expended - some 10 - 20 times less water than would be required by the later arrival of the Fire Service, who usually have no other option than to discharge 100% drinking water.
